Tatanja Ross is a Tokelauan woman, born in Aotearoa (Taupō, New Zealand) and currently residing on the unceded lands Narrm/Melbourne. Her work focuses on intimate storytelling through photography and videography – which include artist profiles, behind the scenes and campaign videos. With a background in communication design, Tatanja prides herself on an approach that centres play and often combines hand drawn mediums such as type and illustration into her work. Tatanja enjoys working with community, artists of all disciplines and small businesses. Her working style is positive, unobtrusive and collaborative; enjoying all elements of creating meaningful narratives with heart for clients and friends alike.
